Photographs, descriptions, and item conditions are provided with the highest possible accuracy, but they do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Products are sold as described and as seen, and the Customer acknowledges and accepts the collectible nature and potential rarity of such items.

2. Prices

Prices displayed are shown in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees and any additional processing charges.

The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the Customer will be informed and may choose to:

As the products sold are collectible items, potentially old or previously used, they are not covered by a commercial usage warranty, but remain subject to applicable legal guarantees under the French Civil Code.
